The Resident Assistant provides direct care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility. They also monitor resident conditions, maintain a safe environment, and assist with daily tasks such as housekeeping and dining services.
Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with residents and families. While a CNA certification is considered a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.
