The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for managing staffing needs and overseeing the implementation of resident care plans. They also facilitate family involvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and investigate incidents to maintain a safe community environment.
Candidates should have strong written communication and computer skills, with prior experience in senior living preferred. A licensed CNA or CMA certification is preferred but not required for this role.
