Job DetailsJob Location: Little Rock Plant - Little Rock, AR 72206Position Type: Full TimeJob Summary (Purpose): Assist with the execution of storeroom reorganization by improving inventory accuracy, organization, cleanliness, labeling, and overall storeroom efficiency while gaining exposure to supply chain, inventory control, and maintenance operations.
Duties & Responsibilities (Major)
Assist with daily cycle counts of storeroom inventory.
Verify physical quantities against system quantities and report discrepancies.
Assist with inventory audits and physical inventory projects.
Identify misplaced, obsolete, damaged, or unassigned inventory items.
Reorganize shelves, bins, racks, cabinets, and storage locations.
Consolidate duplicate inventory locations and support storage optimization efforts.
Sort inventory into designated categories and maintain standardized storage practices.
Create and apply shelf, bin, and location labels.
Verify part descriptions and assist with updating inventory location records.
Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the storeroom.
Remove trash, cardboard, packaging materials, and other scrap materials.
Assist with unpacking, organizing, and stocking incoming materials.
Verify received materials against packing slips.
Assist with moving inventory using approved material handling methods.
Record inventory counts, location changes, and other inventory data.
Support inventory accuracy improvement initiatives.
Assist maintenance and supply chain personnel with inventory-related projects.
Participate in safety meetings and follow all company safety procedures.
Maintain professional conduct and a positive attitude.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience (Minimum Required)
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Desired)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
Ability to accurately count and record inventory data.
