You will own the quantitative research function, managing data pipelines, brand trackers, and delivering actionable insights to clients. Additionally, you will support new business pitches and integrate evidence-based research into brand strategy projects.
The ideal candidate has approximately eight years of experience in quantitative brand research within a consultancy or insights team. You must be proficient in running end-to-end research studies and comfortable presenting complex data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Increasingly, we work to understand whether that work actually delivers for our clients. Are customers noticing? Are employees behaving differently? Is the investment paying off? We have started building the tools and methodologies to answer these questions, and we are looking for someone who lives at the intersection of brand, data and research to take them further.
This is the chance to build a research function inside a creative consultancy. You arrive as its first dedicated researcher, with working tools and live client trackers, and you shape what evidence-based brand consulting becomes here. The function grows as it proves itself, and you grow with it.
You are a quantitative research and insights professional, most likely from a research house or an in-house insights team or a brand consultancy, comfortable operating as a highly capable team of one. Rather than delegating, you like to run all aspects of quantitative research yourself, and genuinely enjoy it: you own studies from the first question to the final recommendation. You work on real client business from your first week, including the brand tracker of a major European carmaker. You are comfortable presenting the insights you generate from research to our senior leaders and to our clients, whom you engage directly not only with data but with analysis and recommendations.
What you’ll do
Own our tracking work. Run the data pipeline behind our brand tracking product, deliver its recurring reports, and design measurement baselines for brands before they launch.
Bring evidence into projects. Join engagements where research plays a central part: pressure-test positioning territories with short panel studies, and test brand assets and concepts before they are built.
Translate data into direction. Read the data our clients already hold, from brand trackers to satisfaction scores to CRM, and turn it into recommendations our strategists and designers act on.
Support new business. Arm selected pitches with data, quick studies and research context.
Guard quality. Work naturally with AI tooling while spotting the traps of cheap research panels, from bots to samples that flatter.
Teach and publish. Run occasional training, hold a weekly open hour for colleagues' questions, and contribute to studies like our City Brand Barometer.
About you
A quantitative brand researcher with around eight years of experience, from a brand consultancy, a research house or an in-house insights team.
The fieldwork is still yours by choice. Even if you have had analysts working for you, you would still rather write the questionnaire, field it and read the data yourself.
You understand and value brands. Their positioning, their audiences and the difference research and reliable data can make to their success. Ideally you already have a sense of what a brand consultancy does and you speak our language as fluently as you read a regression table.
