The Shredder Supervisor leads the night shift recycling yard labor force and oversees the maintenance and operation of the industrial auto shredder. They are responsible for maximizing production efficiency, monitoring critical system gauges, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of college education with a science emphasis and fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish. Proven experience in troubleshooting complex industrial systems like PLCs, hydraulic units, and high-horsepower motors is required.
