The Mitigation Supervisor manages a team of technicians to provide emergency restoration and disaster recovery services for residential and commercial properties. They are responsible for assessing damage, supervising the mitigation process, and maintaining communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
Candidates need at least 2 years of field experience or specific IICRC certifications and a valid driver's license. The role requires the physical ability to lift 75 lbs and the capacity to work in confined or unsanitary environments.

Overview:
The Mitigation Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of their mitigation team for the assigned office. Supervisors must be able to lead a team of technicians through each phase of the mitigation and/or environmental project from the initial stage to completion by providing emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to residential and commercial property owners. Mitigation Supervisors also meet with customers and walk them through the process of mitigation, assess the scope of work as well as supervise, develop, and mentor other technicians working on the job. Interfacing with other departments within the company will be required. This position directly reports to the Mitigation Manager or the Director of Mitigation.
