Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public amenity buildings. Manage supplies, handle linen changes, and ensure hot tubs are properly maintained and chemically balanced.
Candidates should have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma and six months of housekeeping experience are preferred.

Help us keep Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure beautiful for our members and guests. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in a job well done. If you’re ready to be part of a supportive team in a beautiful mountain and lake setting, we’d love to meet you!
This full-time position is scheduled for 40 hours per week. Qualified candidates must be available to work morning and afternoon shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Strong teamwork and customer service focus.
High energy, dependable, and maintains a positive attitude.
Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
talk, hear and speak with others using clear and professional language;
endure long periods of driving, sitting, standing or walking in a hot, humid environment;
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance on an occasional basis;
reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, climbing and stooping and use hands and fingers to handle or feel;
perform stressful and physical activity; and,
drive vehicle for performance of duties.
Six months prior housekeeping experience and high school diploma / GED preferred.

Today we serve hundreds of guests from around the world who come to vacation and enjoy a tremendous variety of outdoor lake activities, soothing spa treatments, excellent golf courses, and the simple beauty of mountain life. Over time many guests have become property owners, many of whom reside at Rumbling Bald full-time and participate in the community on a daily basis.
