The Mechanical Assembler will perform assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection of products while following engineering blueprints and specifications. They are also responsible for maintaining inventory, conducting quality checks, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience. The role requires U.S. citizenship and the physical ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.

As a Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection of products in both standard and non-standard environments. Your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of work and ensuring high-quality output.
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
Utilize written instructions to accurately complete assembly tasks.
Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment efficiently and safely.
Maintain an organized inventory of products in work stations, ensuring all necessary materials are available and accounted for.
Perform quality checks on work, identifying and recording any product defects.
Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
Adhere to quality standards and established safety procedures at all times.
Maintain a clean and safe work area to ensure a productive work environment.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Capable of working in a standing position for up to 8 hours per day.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools.
Keen eye for detail to identify defects and ensure high-quality assembly.
Precision in following engineering specifications and instructions.
Ability to troubleshoot and rework products as needed to meet quality standards.
Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting and standing for extended periods.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocols.
This role involves working in environments that may vary from standard to non-standard conditions. It requires adherence to safety procedures and the ability to adapt to different working conditions.
