The Principal Specialist will manage the execution of contracts by working closely with program managers, engineers, and finance teams to ensure compliance and performance. They will also interface with customers to handle correspondence, contractual changes, and the resolution of complex contractual issues.
Candidates must possess a university degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in contracts, program management, or finance. A U.S. government security clearance is required, and U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this role.

We have exciting opportunities for Principal Specialist, Contracts positions within the Ships, Systems, and Integration portfolio under the Naval Power Strategic Business Unit. This role will support the preparation and submission of various proposals for new business including spares, repairs, modernization, across multiple customers, as well as closely partner with functional program team members to understand, guide and support performance of contractual requirements.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
