The Material Program Manager is responsible for overseeing material management, including cost, schedule, and quality performance for special programs. Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) to support a special program within the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) strategic business unit. The MPM is accountable for ensuring overall program execution of materials management including cost/schedule/quality, and management of supplier performance. This MPM role will report directly to the Program MPM Leads, with accountability to the Program Management Office.
This is an elevated MPM role which requires practical knowledge and experience in navigating the execution of processes, projects, and tactics, understanding the impact of the work as it relates to AOP and other stake holder areas within the organization. The successful candidate will have financial, contracting, proposal development and negotiating experience and have project management responsibilities including, but not limited to risk and opportunity management, briefing in customer forums, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
