The Quality Technician is responsible for conducting incoming inspections of raw materials, components, and subcontracted products to ensure compliance with quality standards. They also manage nonconforming materials, maintain system records, and collaborate with engineers to investigate quality issues.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably within the semiconductor or technical industries. A university degree in an engineering field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
ATS is seeking an experienced Quality Technician. This role is responsible for one or more production areas at our site in Taiwan. You will interface with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment with plenty of challenging opportunities. You will be engaged with Production Test Engineers, Design Engineers, Production Associates, Management, and customers to ensure product and process compliance, continuously improve processes, and meet organizational goals. Your knowledge and experience will be valued and contribute to furthering the success of ATS Quality.
The Quality Team provides leadership for integration and execution of Quality practices and processes. The Quality Technician is responsible for the incoming inspection of all outsourced materials, raw materials, components, and subcontracted products. Conducts sampling and measurements in accordance with inspection specifications to ensure that accepted materials meet quality standards and to prevent nonconforming products from entering the production process.

4.系統過帳與紀錄維護：於 ERP / MES / QM 系統填寫檢驗報告，執行系統過帳（過收/過退）與表單簽核。
5.品質特徵檢驗：配合產品特性，進行特定物理或化學特性測試（如：鍍層厚度量測、百格測試）。
6.配合異常調查：當產線發生因來料引起的品質異常時，配合品質工程師（QA）進行樣品複驗與數據提供。
