Job Summary: The Working Lead provides leadership support and directly oversees FAA-sensitive work for Gate 1, Gate 3 or Internal Repair.
First point of contact for Bench Inspection, Configuration Inspection, Materials, Engineering, Customer Service & Quality respectively
Monitor and ensure processes meet Company objectives, goals and targets
Direct material flow through proper channels
Perform module interface inspections and disposition
Monitor/ensure discrepancies and material holds are dispositioned appropriately and timely
Ensure close out and forward required work scopes and package requirements to Records
Include for 2nd WK Shift: 2nd-weekend shift employees are expected to participate in ongoing cross-training across assembly cells and support functions. Cross-functional teamwork helps ensure operational flexibility, consistent throughput, and high-quality engine delivery.
HS Diploma or GED equivalent
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License, Powerplant (P) or Repairman Certificate (Role Contingent upon completion of Repairman’s Certificate –CEC Form 418 must be completed upon acceptance)
6+ years’ experience in aviation engine overhaul and repair.
GTF and/or MECoE module experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Disassembly, Inspection or Assembly

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
