Supervise manufacturing lines and personnel to ensure production plans are met efficiently and safely. Coordinate shift start meetings and resolve operational issues to maintain order and cleanliness in the facility.
Requires a high school diploma or incomplete professional degree with at least 4 years of experience leading production cells. Experience in electronic board manufacturing and the ability to work the 3rd shift is essential.
Mantener el orden y limpieza dentro de las instalaciones del área, supervisando y participando en labores de limpieza con el personal.
Conocer y promover las políticas y reglas de la empresa, dándoselas a conocer al personal, para asegurar el cumplimiento de las mismas.
Mantener una conducta de respeto y disciplina, cumpliendo con las normas establecidas por la empresa.
Asignar el personal necesario para los procesos de manufactura, colocándolos de acuerdo al entrenamiento, ergonomía, habilidades requeridas en cada estación y planes de producción.
Monitorear el plan de producción, asignar el trabajo durante la jornada asegurándose que el personal siempre cuente con actividades y maximice la eficiencia de la celda.
Asegurar que el personal realiza su operación de acuerdo a las instrucciones de trabajo.
Supervisión de Líneas de manufactura participando en la resolución de problemas, facilitando el trabajo del personal, canalizando los problemas que estén fuera de su alcance al departamento encargado de darle pronta solución, y a la vez notificar a su jefe inmediato.
Asegurar que las actividades del personal se realizan siguiendo las reglas de seguridad establecidas y cuando detecte una condición insegura que ponga en riesgo la seguridad del empleado se atienda inmediatamente.
Seguimiento a ensambles FAI (Si aplica).
Liderar las juntas de arranque de turno, así como la comunicación del día a día con el equipo de trabajo.
Trabajar en un horario de 11:00 PM a 6:00 AM de Domingo a Jueves.
Preparatoria concluida o carrera profesional trunca.
Mínimo 4 años de experiencia dirigiendo celdas de producción; preferentemente con experiencia en manufactura de tableros electrónicos.
Manejo del personal
Experiencia previa en manejo y ejecución de planes de producción.
Disponibilidad de cambio de turno de acuerdo a necesidades del área.
