The Leasing Associate is responsible for managing the leasing process, marketing the property, and maintaining positive resident relations. Key duties include conducting tours, processing applications, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction.
Candidates should have an associate's degree or 6-12 months of related experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and perform physical tasks like climbing stairs.
