Responsible for the overall upkeep, repair, and health of the property, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Tasks include responding to work orders, maintaining curb appeal, and participating in an emergency on-call rotation.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of general maintenance experience with a valid driver's license. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and possess a basic set of personal hand tools.

You provide and maintain a basic set of personal hand tools. We supply power tools and larger equipment as needed.
Within 30 days of your start date, please have the following on hand: 10" crescent wrench, 6" crescent wrench, thermometer, 9.5" channel lock pliers, 6.5" channel lock pliers, set of nut drivers, wire crimping tool with cutters, set of allen wrenches, phillips screwdriver, straight screwdriver, needle-nose pliers, set of socket wrenches, razor knife, hammer, putty knife, non-contact voltage tester, GFCI tester, tape measure, multimeter, drill, and drill bits.
