Lead and manage a small customer service team to ensure high levels of service and performance through coaching and LEAN process improvements. Act as a point of escalation for complex customer queries and collaborate with external sales, engineering, and factory teams to resolve issues.
Requires approximately 5 years of customer service experience in a similar industry and at least 3 years in a relevant leadership role. Proficiency in ERP systems and strong interpersonal skills are essential for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
