Responsible for producing accurate sales quotes and managing customer orders through the MRP system to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal departments and the factory to resolve quality complaints and secure new business from existing clients.
Requires at least 3 years of experience with instrumentation in a relevant industry and proficiency in ERP/CRM systems. A degree or technical qualification in engineering is required along with strong data analysis and communication skills.
