Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Operations team in Brazil. This internship offers hands-on experience in commercial and operational processes, including order management, customer support, logistics coordination, and operational reporting. It is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to supply chain and business operations in a dynamic industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with customer order administration and order tracking activities
Support quotation, contract, and purchase order documentation processes
Help maintain operational records and update ERP systems and databases
Assist in monitoring order status and delivery commitments
Support logistics and shipment coordination activities
Help prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and data analysis
Assist with inventory control and warehouse-related administrative tasks
Support customer communication and follow up on operational requests
Participate in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Provide general administrative support to the Operations team
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Advanced English skills preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship or academic projects related to operations, logistics, or supply chain
Familiarity with ERP systems or business software
Knowledge of AI, Power BI and/or data analysis tools
Interest in process improvement and operational excellence
