The Excavation Manager is responsible for increasing business volume by developing new and existing customer relationships and preparing accurate bid packages. They also oversee the daily operations of the excavation department, including staff supervision, safety compliance, and equipment maintenance.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of prior excavation experience and a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a plumbing license may be necessary depending on local regulations.

We are seeking an Excavation Manager to lead our Excavation Department to success! The salary range of this position is $80,000-$90,000, depending on experience.
The Excavation Manager’s main priority is to increase excavation business volume by developing existing business, cultivating new customers, improving the skills of assigned service technicians, and ensuring optimum use of staffing and equipment. The Excavation Manager will have expertise in underground pipe repair and replacement, pipe bursting/relining, and manhole rehabilitation. Individual performance targets vary from branch or may be market specific. All other duties as assigned.
