The Shift Supervisor is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and managing daily gym operations, including sales and staff coordination. They ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and effective promotion of products and events under management direction.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess previous supervisory and indoor rock climbing experience. Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to perform all floor staff functions are required.

With four locations, we are currently Rhode Island's first and tallest dedicated indoor rock climbing gym, and the only indoor rock climbing gym within the Boston City Limits. Since we first opened more than a decade ago (followed by Boston-Dedham in 2008, Peace Dale in 2013, and South Boston in 2015) we've introduced tens of thousands of people young and old, to the sport of climbing. Today, we continue to encourage and inspire climbers of all ages and abilities as they experience the thrill at our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled indoor climbing gyms.
