Provide high-quality climbing instruction and customer service to young students and their families through weekly classes and special programming. Implement and adapt lesson plans while maintaining a safe and productive learning environment.
Candidates should have experience in indoor rock climbing, belaying, and coaching youth of all ages. A background in education or recreation is preferred, along with the ability to work nights and weekends.

With four locations, we are currently Rhode Island's first and tallest dedicated indoor rock climbing gym, and the only indoor rock climbing gym within the Boston City Limits. Since we first opened more than a decade ago (followed by Boston-Dedham in 2008, Peace Dale in 2013, and South Boston in 2015) we've introduced tens of thousands of people young and old, to the sport of climbing. Today, we continue to encourage and inspire climbers of all ages and abilities as they experience the thrill at our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled indoor climbing gyms.
