The Business Development Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing Freight Brokerage Account Executives while monitoring sales activity. They also develop long-term strategic sales goals and maintain key customer relationships to identify new business opportunities.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of sales experience within the freight brokerage industry. A Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) certification is preferred.
