· Pay rates ranging from €14.15 – €17.00 per hour

· Care Skills

· Effective communication skills with clients and internal teams
· Ability to work independently and adhere to company policies and safety standards
· Previous care experience is desirable
· Providing personal and practical care in accordance with individual care plans

· Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
· Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management in line with company procedures
