Lead daily operations in Madrid, managing P&L, customer growth, and revenue while overseeing a diverse team of retail staff and mechanics. Ensure operational compliance, maintain stock levels, and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive market growth.
Requires a degree in Business Management or a similar field and at least 2 years of experience in operations or retail management. Candidates must demonstrate leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

We operate across the USA, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia. Zoomo vehicles are used by major players in the food, grocery and parcel delivery segments with partners including UberEats, Doordash, JustEat Takeaway, Deliveroo, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Amazon, FedEx, Getir, Ocado, GoPuff and many more.
