The coordinator manages all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring paperwork accuracy and inventory precision. They coordinate with carriers and production teams to maintain a steady product flow and a clean dock area.
Candidates need a high school diploma and 3-5+ years of warehouse experience, including proficiency with WMS, ERP, and spreadsheet software. Forklift certification is required or the willingness to become certified.

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
As our Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you're the pulse of everything moving in and out of our Pittston facility. You'll manage inbound deliveries and outbound shipments, verify that what's on the truck matches what's on the paperwork, keep inventory accurate, and coordinate with carriers, the warehouse floor, and our production teams to keep product flowing on schedule. It's a role for someone who's organized, detail-driven, and calm under pressure — the kind of person who takes pride in a clean dock, an accurate count, and a shipment that goes out on time, every time.
