Core duties:

  • You will support the call for applications and selection process of applicants for new Funds including Fund promotion and the recruitment of applications as well as lead on due diligence processes.
  • You will work within the Portfolio Management team, taking a leadership role in some areas and an execution or support role in others, in order to develop strong awardee relationships and deliver maximum awardee performance.
  • You will work with the awardees supporting the definition of their social impact goals, assisting the Fund Manager/Associate Fund Manager with building the capacity of the projects to deliver the promised impact, and supporting managing the input of the non-financial supports.
  • Administrative tasks such as supporting grant payments, consolidating Fund budgets and keeping track of Fund expenditure.
  • You will support the development and delivery of capacity-building programmes for awardees.
  • You will support the management of the investment relationship with relevant Rethink Ireland awardees, including performance management.
  • You will support the successful close-out of funds as assigned by your line manager, including completing donor reporting on time and working closely with the Marketing and Communications Team.

  • Support the work of the Portfolio Management Team and Rethink Ireland as a whole
  • Contribute your ideas on the future development of Rethink Ireland to the team
