We’re looking for a Social Impact Analyst to support all stages of the Fund Pathway — from Fund Scoping, Open Call & Selection, to Programme Design & Delivery, through to Awardee Performance Management and Sustainability & Exit Planning.
Although the role sits within social impact work, it is primarily an administrative and coordination-focused role. A large part of the day-to-day work involves keeping processes organised, preparing documents, updating trackers, scheduling meetings, following up with stakeholders, and helping ensure fund activity moves forward smoothly and on time.
What does a typical day look like?
ROLE PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver the social impact of Rethink Ireland by supporting a portfolio of awardees to meet programme targets, driving maximum achievement of social impact, in line with investment objectives and conditions. Monitoring impact metrics is a key aspect of this role. It is a critical relationship management role with both applicants and awardees.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role will work across our portfolio of funds and awardees. The successful candidate will report to a Manager within the Operations Team and work closely with the Portfolio Management Team and other business units, including Marketing Communications, Finance and Business Development Teams, to drive and deliver Rethink Ireland's impact.
