Perform preventative and repair maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and wall repairs to maintain hotel quality standards. Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain exterior curb appeal through landscaping and snow removal.
Requires previous maintenance experience or equivalent training and a high school diploma. Candidates should have the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various manual labor tasks.
