Manage and motivate a 3-to-5-person installation crew while performing hands-on installation of rubber safety surfacing. Coordinate travel logistics, interpret project plans, and serve as the primary liaison between the crew, project managers, and clients.
Requires at least 2 years of experience leading field crews in demanding construction environments and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be willing to travel consistently and possess the physical stamina to perform heavy labor in varying weather conditions.
