The Estimator is responsible for developing comprehensive project proposals by capturing measurements, timelines, labor, and material costs. They collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align on project scopes and identify additional service opportunities.
A bachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred, along with at least 3 years of experience in the paint or construction industry. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and available for weekly travel with overnights.

proposal. Both accuracy and speed are essential for success in this role when
preparing and presenting the project scope. Communication and sharing the
rationale and specifics behind the proposal providing education and guidance to
