The QA Manager leads quality control, compliance, and accuracy initiatives across warehouse and fulfillment operations to minimize errors and chargebacks. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing inventory integrity, and implementing scalable quality systems to support growth.
Requires over 5 years of experience in 3PL or distribution operations, with at least 2 years in QA or inventory leadership. Candidates must have a strong understanding of WMS, retail routing guides, and data-driven analytical skills.

Position Summary
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all quality control, compliance, and accuracy initiatives across Renewal Logistics’ warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role ensures inventory integrity, order accuracy, retailer compliance, and adherence to client-specific SOPs while driving continuous process improvement to minimize errors, chargebacks, and operational risk.
The QA Manager partners cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Experience, Inventory Control, and Executive Leadership to build scalable quality systems that support growth, protect client relationships, and improve profitability.

Renewal Logistics is known in the fashion industry as the 'go to' for fashion fulfillment. We work with 150+ fashion brands and ship millions of units annually for DTC, B2B, and DropShip fulfillment via Marketplace channels. Our 4 locations in greater Atlanta, and one in Sacramento position clients for incredible shipping rates, as 2 day ground shipping is zone 5 or below for 75% of the US population from Atlanta. We also are ideally positioned for International and European brands to enter the US market as we have several business hours of overlap, which makes communication easy. This is important since 25% of our brands are international from the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Romania, UK, Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, Israel, Turkey, Greece, Jordan, Australia and New Zealand. What sets us apart is our operational reliability and excellent customer service combined with deep apparel expertise. We have served our founding client for 13 years, processing 6MM units yearly and managing 140 retailer programs for them through precise compliance management, and all of our other 150+ brands have come through word of mouth. We were just named an Inc Magazine 2025 Power Partner in Operations and Logistics, and we were named an Ernst and Young Southeast Entrepreneur of the Year in 2023.
