Support daily semiconductor test operations by setting up and troubleshooting ATE, probers, and handlers. Perform device-level testing, hardware debugging, and maintain equipment calibration records for ISO audits.
Requires a technical diploma and 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor testing on ATE setups. Candidates must be familiar with ATE platforms like Advantest or Cohu and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
The position is responsible for supporting daily semiconductor test operations using testers, probers and test equipment. The ideal candidate is someone with experience working with probers and testers with an ability to troubleshoot and solve issues that arise, as well as recommend areas of operational improvement.
