The Principal Quality Assurance Engineer ensures the quality and reliability of products through best-in-class qualification and reliability monitoring. They collaborate cross-functionally to prevent defects and drive continuous improvement initiatives across design and manufacturing.
Candidates must have a degree in electrical engineering or a relevant field with over 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Proficiency in quality standards, failure analysis workflows, and strong communication skills are required.
The PQE is responsible for ensuring quality and reliability performance of our products, wherever they are designed, manufactured, and assembled, by performing best in class Product Qualification in accordance with international standards and customer requirements. The PQE is also responsible for Reliability Monitoring through ORT.
The PQE works cross-functionally with Design, Test, Manufacturing, Reliability Labs, FA Labs, and Customer/Supplier Quality to prevent defects, drive robust product quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
