The Staff Process Engineer will design and qualify PQFN packages while managing manufacturing volume and process improvements. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and manage OSAT relationships for NPI-to-production transfers.
Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical, Material, Physics, Chemistry, or Applied Sciences with experience in process engineering or package development. Proficiency in thin wafer handling, statistical analysis software like JMP, and knowledge of quality requirements for semiconductor packages are required.
