Requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field with 5-8 years of experience in loyalty marketing or CRM. Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer data into actionable business strategies.

As Manager, Loyalty Strategy & Customer Growth, you will lead the development and execution of strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across our membership programs. Leveraging data, customer insights, and market trends, you will identify opportunities to grow our member base and enhance the overall loyalty experience.
Working cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, CRM, Digital, Analytics, Operations, Technology, and Finance, you will help shape the future of Regal's loyalty programs. From optimizing customer journeys and rewards strategies to developing strategic partnerships and business cases, you will play a key role in delivering customer-centric initiatives that strengthen loyalty, increase visitation frequency, and support long-term business growth.
