The machine operator is responsible for the safe startup, monitoring, and operation of manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous production. They must also perform routine cleaning, troubleshoot equipment faults, and communicate any technical issues to the supervisor.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and mechanical aptitude, with previous experience operating block machines preferred. The role requires the ability to follow safety procedures, work in a team, and possess the physical strength to operate industrial machinery.
