Manage multi-state weekly payroll processing, timekeeping validation, and payroll controls to ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinate benefits administration, 401(k) deductions, and reporting while partnering with HR and Finance teams.
Requires 5+ years of payroll administration experience and proficiency with Paycor or similar HRIS platforms. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and CPP certification are preferred, along with advanced Excel skills.
