Provide day-to-day IT user support and manage the IT service desk within SLAs. Lead infrastructure projects, including the setup of new office infrastructure and the installation of server and network systems.
Requires proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration, network configuration, and 3rd line support experience. Candidates must be fluent in English and Polish with a broad understanding of cybersecurity tools and IAM principles.
At Red our IT Support services have evolved dramatically over the past couple of years . As we grow, the IT support challenge will be to evolve the capabilities of our infrastructure whilst still maintaining security and control day-to-day.
Reporting to the Head of IT, Information Security and Compliance, you will undertake a hands-on role requiring the ability to provide IT support and IT project delivery activities. You will be located in Wroclaw, Poland, and you will need to be present at the office at least 4 days a week.
Aside from the day-to-day support issues, you’ll also get chance to work on some big, exciting IT and security projects seeing your ideas roll out into the business and playing an active part in Red’s evolution as a leading provider of technology-driven consultancy services.

This is a role for a pro-active person with previous experience of Linux, Windows and Network administration and support. Ideally, you would have previous experience of working in small to mid-sized companies in a dynamic, technical environment.
