The Senior Program Manager leads proposal efforts and manages customer relationships and program execution for aerospace and defense projects. They are responsible for profit and loss, budget control, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet contractual requirements.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with 8-10 years of program management experience in a technical aerospace/defense manufacturing environment. Candidates must have a proven track record of managing programs with revenues over $30M and be US citizens.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 130200.00-241800.00
