The Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing all on-site general requirements, including safety enforcement, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination for ground-up commercial projects. They serve as the primary point of contact for owners, designers, and regulatory authorities to ensure project momentum and quality standards.
Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in a superintendent role focusing on industrial and ground-up commercial work. Required certifications include OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR, along with strong technical and organizational skills.
