Candidates must be proficient in written and spoken Spanish and have experience or education in social services or education. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background and drug test are required.

The Resident Services Coordinator needs to be motivated, energized, self-starter, organized, passionate, compassionate, professional, and approachable. This position has a senior population and desires an experienced social service coordinator with experience in serving seniors. Must have ease in communicating and is accountable, purposeful, intentional, resourceful, able to build professional relationships, develop partnerships with similar organizations, HAPPY, and ready to be a servant leader of social and economic change. The Resident Services Coordinator is directly responsible for the delivery of educational and community-building programs for our residents and is responsible for coordinating with local third-party service providers to enhance these programs.
