The Origination Analyst supports the identification, negotiation, and closing of renewable energy deals, specifically site leases and PPAs with commercial real estate owners. This includes prospecting new opportunities, managing client relationships, and drafting customized proposals and contracts.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or energy. Candidates should possess strong business development skills and a network within the retail, industrial, and land asset classes.

The Origination Analyst will support all activities related to originating, negotiating, and closing renewable energy deals (Site leases and PPAs) primarily with commercial real estate owners. This position will directly contribute to the commercialization of renewable energy projects by prospecting new opportunities, developing relationships with prospective customers, and ushering them towards deals with Radial Power.
