Ben jij professioneel, representatief en sta je graag onze klanten te woord met een glimlach? Als Bankhal Medewerker ben jij hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten – in de bankhal én telefonisch. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich welkom voelt en helpt hen met hun dagelijkse bankzaken. Je maakt klanten wegwijs in onze digitale omgeving en signaleert kansen om passende producten en diensten aan te bieden. Zo creëer jij een klantbeleving die blijft hangen.
Als Bankhal Medewerker draag je bij door klanten persoonlijk én telefonisch te ondersteunen bij hun dagelijkse bankzaken en hen wegwijs te maken in onze digitale dienstverlening.
In deze functie vervul je een afwisselende duo‑rol:
Door jouw aandacht, duidelijke uitleg en dienstverlenende houding voelen klanten zich altijd welkom en geholpen, of ze nu bij jou in de bankhal staan of je telefonisch spreken.
Je start met een intensief opleidingstraject waarin theorie en praktijk samenkomen. Dit traject duurt gemiddeld 10 tot 12 weken, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. In de eerste 2 weken ben je 36 uur per week beschikbaar. Werk je parttime, dan vragen we je om aansluitend 3 weken minimaal 28 uur per week beschikbaar te zijn. In de eerste maand is het niet mogelijk om vakantie op te nemen.
Na afronding van de opleiding werk je hybride, in een combinatie van thuiswerken en werken op kantoor. Dit stem je af met je team en je teamlead. Binnen 6 maanden na je start behaal je Wft Basis en binnen 9 maanden Wft Schade Particulieren, zodat je jouw kennis en inzetbaarheid verder vergroot.
