Overview
The Sales Rotational Program is a 12-month, full-time opportunity built for early-career professionals who want to develop a real foundation in commercial sales.
Through three structured rotations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Selling Leadership (including Sales Center experience), you will gain end-to-end exposure to how QXO drives revenue growth, manages customer relationships, and brings products to market. Associates will contribute to active business initiatives, working alongside cross-functional teams, and building the skills to operate confidently in a results-driven commercial environment.
The program combines hands-on experience, targeted development, and a capstone project that gives you increasing responsibility over time. Associates who successfully complete the program are eligible for full-time placement in Sales, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, based on business needs, performance, and career interests.

The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenues within the next decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.
What you will do:
Each rotation is structured to build broad commercial and operational knowledge while giving you real ownership of meaningful work.
Conduct inside sales activities, outbound outreach, lead qualification, pipeline development, and customer engagement. Identify and prioritize revenue opportunities
Manage quoting, order management, and CRM data, taking accountability for accuracy and quality while building strong communication and relationship skills
Analyze pipeline performance and key sales metrics to support planning and forecasting, drawing your own conclusions and bringing recommendations directly to sales leaders
Identify process gaps in sales enablement and CRM data quality, and propose practical solutions that improve how the team operates
Work across sales, marketing, and operations on cross-functional initiatives, independently analyzing revenue performance and customer trends to surface insights that drive decisions
Lead or co-lead strategic project work including pricing analysis, customer segmentation, and pipeline optimization. Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence business outcomes
Across every rotation, you will receive defined objectives, regular feedback, and direct mentorship to support your growth and performance.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field, with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
