Our Operations Excellence Team is growing! We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Systems & Process Specialist to join our headquarters in 1100 Vienna on a full-time basis (38.5 hours per week). In this role, you will work at the intersection of warehouse operations and technology, supporting our warehouses in their daily operations while helping to continuously improve our processes and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
From day one, you will collaborate closely with our Operations and IT teams, support warehouse employees, maintain process documentation, and contribute to the successful rollout of new operational processes. As you grow into the role, you will take ownership of translating operational needs into WMS requirements, testing new system features, and helping shape the future of our warehouse operations.

Must-have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes
- Excellent English communication skills (German at B1 level is sufficient)
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset and willingness to solve operational problems
- Willingness to travel regularly to our warehouses in Austria
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP or similar)
- Good analytical skills using Excel and/or Tableau

During onboarding
- Support our warehouse teams in their day-to-day operations by answering questions related to warehouse processes and the Warehouse Management System (WMS), identifying process improvement opportunities, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring that standard procedures are consistently applied across all warehouse locations.
- Maintain internal process documentation and our knowledge base:
- Write knowledge base articles for warehouse and fulfilment processes, including documenting new or changed workflows as they are rolled out
- Review existing articles for accuracy and update anything outdated
- Train warehouse employees on new operational processes, including:
- Mobile Scanner workflows
- Workstation processes
- Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Physical warehouse flows (Inbound, Outbound and Returns)
- Act as the first point of contact for process-related questions from warehouse teams
After onboarding
- Analyze operational challenges and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Define business requirements for new warehouse processes within the WMS
- Collaborate closely with our IT team to design and implement new system functionalities
- Test newly developed WMS features and workstation mobile applications before rollout
- Support successful implementation of new processes across our warehouse network

For this position we offer an attractive and performance-related gross monthly salary, which is based on professional experience and existing qualifications. The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is EUR 2.738,10 gross per month on a full-time basis.
