The Production Lead performs precision media blasting to clean and prepare components while ensuring high-quality results and adherence to specifications. They also support general production tasks, including chemical cleaning, masking, and assisting the Production Supervisor with safety and quality oversight.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of manufacturing or production experience, with a strong preference for hands-on media blasting expertise. A high school diploma or GED is required, and an associate degree or technical training is preferred.

UCT is looking for a talented Production Lead to join us in Phoenix, AZ!
Production Lead is a hands-on role specializing in precision media blasting to clean, prepare, and finish components to exact specifications. You’ll operate and adjust blasting equipment, select proper media, and ensure consistent, high-quality results. You’ll also support cleaning, masking, and coating processes as needed. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll follow SOPs, maintain strict safety standards, and use proper PPE when handling materials. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow technical skills in manufacturing.
