Lead daily production operations across multiple manufacturing stations by supervising Station Leads and production employees. Ensure shift performance goals are met regarding safety, quality, productivity, and customer deadlines.
Requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferably in high-volume printing or book manufacturing. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage production schedules and disciplinary processes.

This role is responsible for leading Station Leads and production employees, achieving shift performance goals, ensuring safe operations, maintaining product quality, and delivering operational excellence.

Floor Supervisors rotate between day and night shifts throughout the year based on business needs, with schedule notice provided whenever possible.
