Oversee the operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of heavy equipment to ensure safety and reliability for construction operations. Lead departmental personnel and manage budgets while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requires a high school diploma and at least five years of experience in heavy equipment operations or fleet management. Must possess a valid Florida Class E driver's license and proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office 365.
