Responsible for servicing, disassembling, and assembling aviation mechanical, fuel, and electrical parts on a shop floor. This includes performing overhaul processes and utilizing various pneumatic and electrical tools to ensure precise fit and function.
Requires a high school diploma or GED with six months of related experience or training. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, with a preference for previous aviation assembly experience.

Hartzell MRO overhauls and distributes piston engine and limited airframe accessories from its locations in Tulsa, OK and Ft. Responsible for servicing products on a bench or on the shop floor as needed for production. Parts to be serviced include aviation mechanical, fuel, or electrical parts and accessories.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Mechanically inclined. Previous aviation assembly preferred. Assembling experience preferred but will train.
1) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manual, operational descriptions, and circuit & wiring diagrams
2) Understanding of and experience with the following assembly equipment:
a. Volt/OHM Meter
b. Measuring Devices
c. Power Supplies
d. Riveting Machines
e. Soldering Equipment
f. Testing Equipment
g. Small hand/pneumatic/electrical tools to assist in assembly process

Our EASA approval allows us to meet the needs of the general aviation industry worldwide from our facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While we have the ability to overhaul most of your engine and airframe accessories in-house, you may also have a requirement for new, overhauled, exchange, repaired, remanufactured, or serviceable accessories. We're a stocking aircraft distributor for many general aviation accessory manufacturers, including Champion, Dukes, Weldon Aerospace, Hartzell Engine Technologies, Precision Airmotive, Sky-Tec, Marvel Schebler, Tempest, Ametek/Drake Air, Lamar, Rapco, Inc, Plane-Power, Aerospace Turbine Rotables.
