Perform testing and certification of electrical products according to national safety standards and write detailed evaluation reports. Manage projects, conduct internal and external audits, and provide technical mentoring to junior staff.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or an electrical technologist diploma with at least 3 years of related experience. Must possess a valid BC driver's license and a valid passport for international travel.

QAI is currently seeking an experienced Project Specialist to support the Electrical Product Safety Department at our Burnaby, BC location. This role involves evaluation, testing, report writing and performing inspections on various types of electrical products including products used in hazardous locations.
