Conduct daily in-home inspections and consultations to diagnose homeowner needs and recommend roofing or exterior solutions. Guide clients through the sales process from initial inspection to final agreement and contract completion using ServiceTitan.
Requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the physical ability to climb ladders and work on roofs in various weather conditions. Candidates must be comfortable with commission-based performance and possess strong communication skills for pricing and financing discussions.
