About our property:
The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. The Banquet Setup/Breakdown Attendant is responsible for safely and correctly cleaning, organizing and setting all convention service function space as well as breakdown and store all equipment in designated areas.
Clean, set and break down all conference and banquet functions in accordance with hotel standards and in a timely manner.
Clean all function areas, including vacuuming, dusting, mirror cleaning, rug shampooing, metal polishing, window cleaning, and other overall detail of meeting rooms.
Responsible for knowledge of fire codes and regulations. Keep all exits and fire lanes clean and clear.
Clean as you go and keep service hallways clean and clear at all times.
Communicate to Supervisors or Managers of any broken equipment.
Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.
What are we looking for?
