Au sein du Chief Data Office de PwC France & Maghreb, vous rejoignez une équipe Data en pleine croissance, organisée en mode OneTeam entre Tunis et Paris. L'équipe opère en méthodologie Agile (sprints de 2 semaines) et intervient sur des projets à forte valeur ajoutée pour les métiers du cabinet.
Vous intégrez une squad mixte pilotée par un Team Lead, au sein d'une organisation qui valorise l'expertise technique, l'autonomie et la curiosité.
Le Data Engineer Senior est un expert technique au coeur de la chaîne de valeur Data. Il conçoit et maintient les pipelines de données et contribue à la construction des couches sémantiques qui alimentent les usages analytiques du cabinet.
Il est également identifié comme le futur référent interne Databricks de l'équipe, avec pour ambition d'accompagner la montée en compétence collective sur cette technologie.
Le Data Engineer Senior est un expert technique au cœur de la chaîne de valeur Data. Il conçoit et maintient les pipelines de données et contribue à la construction des couches sémantiques qui alimentent les usages analytiques du cabinet.
Il est également identifié comme le futur référent interne Databricks de l'équipe, avec pour ambition d'accompagner la montée en compétence collective sur cette technologie.
Concevoir, développer et optimiser des pipelines de données robustes et scalables
Construire et faire évoluer les couches sémantiques pour les usages BI et analytiques
Garantir la qualité, la performance et la traçabilité des flux de données
Respecter et contribuer à l'amélioration du framework technique défini avec le Data Architecte
Assurer le run opérationnel sur les pipelines en production (surveillance, correction, optimisation)
Traiter les incidents et demandes d'évolution dans le cadre des sprints Agile
Contribuer à la réduction de la charge run par l'automatisation et l'amélioration continue
Le run est minoritaire par rapport au build. Les charges sont réparties et validées chaque sprint avec le Team Lead pour éviter la surcharge.
Être garant de la bonne utilisation de Databricks au sein de l'équipe
Proposer des axes d'amélioration et de montée en maturité sur la plateforme
Accompagner les membres de l'équipe dans leur appropriation de l'outil
Contribuer activement à la veille technologique sur l'écosystème Databricks et Microsoft Fabric
Travailler en lien étroit avec le Team Lead et le Data Architecte
Participer aux réflexions sur les évolutions de la plateforme Data (notamment Microsoft Fabric)
Contribuer aux échanges avec les équipes métier pour comprendre les besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées
Data Engineering : Azure Databricks (prérequis fort), Azure Data Factory
BI & Sémantique : Power BI, Microsoft Fabric
Suivi de projet : Azure DevOps
Langages & bases : SQL (prérequis), Python, PySpark
Maîtrise opérationnelle d'Azure Databricks : développement, optimisation, bonne compréhension de l'architecture (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog apprécié)
SQL avancé : indispensable pour la construction des couches sémantiques
