The Senior Outsourcing Accountant is responsible for managing the comprehensive accounting and financial information of clients, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations. This role involves leading monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, preparing financial statements, and supervising accounting teams.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing with at least 6 years of experience in financial reporting and 2 years in team supervision. Proficiency in SAP HANA, advanced Excel, and knowledge of IFRS and local tax laws are required.
Liderar procesos de cierre contable mensual, trimestral y anual.
Preparar y revisar estados financieros para reporte al cliente y a la Superintendencia de Compañías.
Realizar análisis de cuentas.
Realizar registro, revisión y validación de asientos contables incluyendo ajustes y reclasificaciones para cierre de estados financieros.
Preparar conciliaciones bancarias.
Llevar un control adecuado de cuentas por pagar y por cobrar.
Preparación de balance general, estado de resultados y flujo de efectivo.
Implementación y mejora de procesos contables.
Supervisión del cumplimiento de normas contables vigentes
Garantizar trazabilidad y respaldo de la información financiera.
Ser un canal de comunicación eficiente entre el cliente, Gerente y equipo de trabajo para cumplimiento de objetivos.
Cumplir con otras funciones que se le asignen.
